Acoustic Guitar Music From An Amazing Guitarist On Myspace

Sometimes when I’m not working I like to try to find new music on the Internet. There is so much music out there available it’s mind blowing! Lately I have been really getting into my acoustic guitar music.

Acoustic guitarists are absolutely everywhere on the Internet and some are pretty dire. If you’re a glutton for punishment you could waste days listening to the same old dirge.

I was actually searching for some rock songs when I came across this amazing guitarist on MySpace. He was playing some lovely chords and my Yamaha sound system was oscillating sweetly!

I’ve heard a good guitarist or two in my time but this guy blew my head off! In fact while I was playing this guy’s music, my son, who is a very talented guitarist, came and asked me what I was listening to and whether he had some guitar tabs.

I listened to every MP3 from this amazing guitarist and I’m just wondering why he hasn’t been signed yet. I would happily listen to this stuff on the radio. The musical ability I was listening to is something rare.

It made me want to break out my Fender and strum a few notes myself. It really would be good to have some tablature for this guy’s music. I would love to be able to play some of this.

I am actually green with envy when I listen to the music coming out of this MySpace page. I highly recommend you have a listen to the MP3 audio and judge for yourself the musical ability which is apparent.

Yuma Territorial Prison State Park – Southwestern, Arizona A Great Arizona Vacation Location

While you were growing up did you want to play cowboys?  Maybe you wanted to be the bad guy instead of the hero with the white hat.  One of the places you probably heard a little about was the Yuma Territorial State Prison.  Here the “really bad guys” were taken to serve out their time in prison.
Not only were they prisoners but they were also forced to build their own cells!

The prison opened for business on July 1, 1875 with 7 inmates.  Those 7 had been the ones building the prison.  Now, the prison wasn’t picky about who was there, because there were also 29 women that were held at the prison.  TB was a problem for the prisoners, 111 died during their time in Yuma Territorial Prison.  Not someplace that was healthy to be under any circumstance.  The prison also wasn’t perfect.  During its history 26 inmates escaped.  Of the 3,000 that were there over the years that’s a pretty low number but probably not one that looked good on reports or with the neighboring towns.  If they attempted to escape and didn’t succeed they got the horrid ball and chain to keep them from trying again.  Not a particularly comfortable way to try to walk around.

So, while you are checking out vacation in Arizona offerings, remember when you decided that you wanted to be the bad cowboy – I bet you didn’t know all that stuff.  You just thought that you could ride into a town on your beautiful horse, rob a bank and then ride out again and go stay at someplace nice and clean and spend the money.  Not so.  Usually the horses that the outlaws had were pretty skanky, no time to feed them well and groom them, too busy staying ahead of the law.  To rob a bank you had to have a pretty good plan and might very well get shot or caught.  If you were caught you were off to Yuma (or worse.)  Living it up with the money, if you got away, probably wasn’t in the cards either since where would you go that there wouldn’t be questions about how a dirty trail bum got the money.  There may have been some that did not fit that mold, but probably not many.  Not the type of life you probably really wanted to live.

The prison did accomplish some good things with some of those living there.  Many of the inmates learned to read and write during their stays.  It actually had a public library and the prisoners got medical care, such as it was at the time.  Enjoy this Arizona vacation video:

The prison was used until 1907 (so a whole 31 years) before it was too small, overcrowded and then turned over to other uses.  It has a continued life as a school; free lodging for hobos and families left homeless by the Great Depression. Although it wasn’t someplace you would long to live it was certainly better than having no place to go for shelter.  Some of the local Yuma people decided that it was a free source for building materials and so over the years some of the buildings were totally destroyed and so are not part of the historical park today.

Today the Yuma Territorial State Historical Park is used to host several special events throughout the year such as the Gathering of the Gunfighters in January which you should think about visiting.  It could be a lot of fun.  If you are there at another time of year you may want to take one of the Haunted Tours during October.  There are also Old West re-enactments done every Sunday from October through April.

Is Kibble Killing Your Dog?

It seems like there is just no let-up on the number of problems we have to face each day.  Sadly, we now have to be concerned about what we feed our pets.  This article primarily focuses on dogs, but cats face a similar issue:  the stuff in pet food is toxic!

It is almost incomprehensible what is in pet food these days.  You may buy the typical brands at your local grocery store:  Purina, Pedigree, Kibble and Bits, Gravy Train, Little Friskies (cat food), and so on.  Growing up, you probably saw your parents feed these brands to your pets on a regular basis and never thought anything of it.

Well, the secret is out – this stuff is slowly poisoning your pets every single time you feed them.  We almost don’t know where to start … this stuff is filled with all sorts of chemicals:  preservatives, fillers, artificial flavorings and colors, synthetics, artificial sources of vitamins – if you can even call it that.

All of that is bad enough, but that is nothing compared to the so-called protein sources:  most of these low-quality produced-in-China (remember the dog-food recalls of numerous foreign wood processing chemicals that somehow made their way into several dog food brands that actually killed a number of animals in the US) pet foods get their raw material from the rendering plants.  These are places that make a grey soup that is made up of sick, diseased, dead animals from vet clinics, the zoo, or any other place where animals are kept and have died.  The people in charge of these dead animals pay to have the carcasses destroyed; instead they end up at the rendering plant.  That means that dogs that died of Parvo for example may end up in your pet’s food.

So, with the drugs and bacteria like Salmonella and Escherichia coli thriving in these meats, as they do not always die during manufacturing; furthermore, when moldy grain is thrown in, as well as all the other artificial ingredients, the numbers of which are too many to count with both hands, you then have a lethal canine cocktail.  It doesn’t take a nutrition expert to know that this spells disaster for the end user, i.e., innocent little Fido.

Problem is, your pet is expending lots of energy each day trying to rid his system of all of these toxic poisons.  This is why so many pets have chronic skin conditions; their body is trying to shed the toxins.  Your pets will also have a weakened immune system from these toxins (as well as from vaccinations, de-wormers, and the many other chemicals that he is exposed to or ingests each day).  When your pet’s immune system is down then he is vulnerable to all sorts of germs, bacteria, viruses, etc.  It is imperative to feed your pets a natural, healthy dog food.  We have seven dogs and we’ve done a load of research into this issue.
After months of research, we found what we think is the best natural dog food.  It has no fillers, chemicals, by-products of any kind, no artificial flavor/color, no synthetics, and they did not have any food recalls.  They only use wholesome ingredients and they NEVER get materials from the rendering plants.

Please, if you want your pets to live longer, you must feed them a high-quality dog food.  Take a look at our recommended dog food site.  Then see what we do with our seven dogs to keep them healthy with NO Vaccinations, and no vet visits.  They’re Parvo-free, even though we’re in the 3rd worst state for Parvo in the nation.

About collecting football programmes

In general you find a number of different types of collectors within the football programme communiuty. There is the potential collector who has a passing interest in beginning a programme collection, there is the latent collector who collects programmes very sporadically, there is the casual collector who may collect old football programmes without having a specific theme to their collection, and also there is the confirmed collector who has distinct aims and regularly tries to buy programmes in order to enhance their collection.

There is no minimum or maximum size to a collection, and the only limitations to it come in the form of your financial restraints. To be a collector, there is no need to own highly expensive programmes, just simply something that brings pleasure or a sense of achievement to the collector. Programme collectors come from all walks of life.

When they first start collecting, a collector may try to buy everything they can find to their collection as soon as they can in order to give it some bulk. However, with this comes a loss of tangible meaning, and later when restrictions may mean a particular theme has to be selected and explored in order to enhance a collection.

There really are a limitless number of themes and sub-themes of programmes that can be collected. However, there are certain traditional ways to build a collection. For example, for example all those programmes concerned with a particular club, all those played in a specific competition, etc. Whilst collecting a person is likely to discover the highs and lows of acquiring a rare old football programme, or the frustration of not being able to find a source for one that is key to your collection.

Those collectors who are more causal in their approach to the collecting of football programmes will usually own a limited number of special programmes for cup finals or semi-finals for the team that they personally follow, internationals, testimonials, special fixtures, or other major cup matches. These can basically be classed as a Big Match programme.

If you have a big affiliation to a particular soccer club your mission in programme collecting may be to simply acquire all editions for your favourite team. In addition to the regular league matches and cup-ties, you may also try to collect programmes from friendlies, foreign tours, reserve teams, and youth teams.

One way of increasing the depth and scope of your collection is by setting an earlier date from which to collect. You could, for example, decide to collect back to 1950, etc.

A collector who is neutral in their affiliations, and just has a general passion for football will often widen the scope of their collection. In these sorts of collections you often find football programmes from a number of teams at varying levels (including non league). For the more adventurous type of collector, football programmes may have been bought from countries other than his or her own.

When You Cant Wait Till Payday, Try a 24 Hour Payday Loan

Some Things Just Cant Wait

Not everyone is made of money, as a matter of fact, the majority of Americans make under $30,000 a year, and out of those, more than 50% live from paycheck to paycheck.

Even though living from paycheck to paycheck is not recommended, it is sadly a way of life for a lot of people. Sometimes you get behind due to some unforeseen incident. But thats where a 24 hour payday loan can come in handy, for thing such as rent, utility bills, medical expenses, food and so forth.

24 hour payday loans are known by several names, like, payday loans, cash advance loans and no fax payday loans. No matter what the name they all share the same basic principle; loans in the fastest possible time. Most will grant you a loan within 24 hours, hence, 24 hour payday loan. Others will give you a certain amount on the spot.

These places of lending are becoming more and more popular. It used to be that the only place to get your paycheck cashed was a bank or a grocery store. But thats not the case any more as there is a 24 hour payday loan store on just about every corner.

Who Qualifies for a Loan?

Through most 24 hour payday loan companies anyone may qualify, as long as you have some kind of banking facility, whether it is a checking or savings account. A checking account is needed if you are looking for an advance in money, but if you just want to cash your paycheck a savings account will do.

Most places will not require a credit check so people with questionable credit, no credit or bad credit will easily qualify for a 24 hour payday loan. Unfortunate people who had to file bankruptcy can also qualify for the loans.

Payback

Like all short-term loans there will be a higher interest rate applied to the loan or you will be charged a fixed amount, depending on how much you borrow. If you are just cashing a paycheck they will take a certain percentage of the face value.

Beware that 24 hour payday loans should only be used for emergencies. If you use these places on a regular basis you will find yourself in a vicious cycle, where youre weekly paycheck will only go towards paying off last weeks loan, leaving you with no money for this week, so you get another loan and the vicious cycle continues.

Live on Nostalgia Lane in a Piece of Everett Real Estate

Real estate in Everett, Washington has become a highly sought after area for young families and those who are thinking about retiring.  Why?  Well, for starters, the home market prices can be affordable for those who are just starting out and the same can be said about those who want to downsize their existing home. Everett real estate, most specifically in North Everett, exists of lovely craftsmen style homes as well as four-corner style grand residences that simply exude nostalgia.  Most of these homes were built between 1900 and 1940 and still maintain many of their original characteristics such as woodwork, flooring and grand stairways.  While these homes are dripping with “Norman Rockwell” hominess, most have also been updated with all of the modern piping and electricity necessary to keep these homes from becoming safety hazards and also to improve their market values.

Everett real estate prices vary greatly.  Even in the small part of North Everett, prices can be based on what street you live on.  Generally speaking, those homes which are located west of Broadway tend to be priced higher than those homes east of Broadway.  Homes range from an average of $130,000 to well over 1,000,000.  Homes on Colby Avenue, Rucker Avenue and Grand Avenue are highly sought after and will be priced with a high listing price.  Drive though this area and take a look at these homes and you will see why Everett real estate is the up and coming area to live in. With its close proximity to Seattle and other major attractions, you won’t miss out.

A Resource to Debt Cancellation

What is debt cancellation? Debt cancellation is the process of getting your outstanding debts under control and then stopping getting into debt in the future. If you are in debt now then you should know that it is really going to destroy your future, in several ways.

For one your credit rating is going to be ruined, and it is very hard and time consuming to get your credit back to a decent score. Of course a better way is to never get into debt in the first place, but since this is basically unavoidable in some cases, the most important issue here now is how to get out of debt.

Budget

One of the most important things that people need to be doing with their money is budgeting. Otherwise you are simply bringing money to your table and sending it out, without any idea where your money is going and clueless to how much better it could be being spent.

Most people do not realize that they are somehow putting more money out towards bills and other causes then they are bringing in, and although you may wonder how this can be, there are actually many forms, credit cards being one of the most common.

Nine out of ten people have at least one credit card, and most of these people are at least a few hundred dollars in debt with their card.

Pay Off Your Bills

This is a must, and not a choice. You have to pay off your bills if you want to have complete debt elimination, and you need to prioritize your bills before you start paying anything off. Credit cards need to be first, because they will affect your credit rating most negatively and because they have high interest rates which you are going to end up having to pay off anyway.

You want to make sure that your housing bills are in your control next, including your food, rent, hydro, pets, telephone and cable bills.

If you need assistance with debt elimination, remember that there are many people and resources available that will be able to help you out here with the debt elimination.

It doesn’t matter how deep in the debt hole you are in this moment, complete debt elimination is possible, although it is going to take some time, effort and patience on your part. By following these tips and helpful advice in mind you will have the best chances of not only getting out of the debt you are in now but staying out of debt for good.

Looking to Make Your House More Efficient? Try These Tips

No matter what the weather, it’s always good to plan ahead for your home improvement projects. The sooner you can do it, the better. Especially if you think the projects will cost a little money, you’ll want to start planning and saving now. We have a couple of suggestions for good outdoor projects you can work on. One is really easy, the other a little more involved.

Gutter Guards

If you live in an area that has a lot of trees or debris coming down, you’ll want to keep your gutters clean so they don’t overflow and direct too much water next to your foundation. Gutter guards can help keep the leaves out of the gutters and let water go through. If the guard gets a big pile of leaves on it you can easily brush it off instead of having to dig out big chunks of debris from those small gutter nooks and crannies. Some people say they aren’t much of a benefit, but you can choose from a variety of styles, since one design may fit your needs better than another.

Residential Solar Panels

Homeowners are trying to deal with our current energy crisis anyway they can. For the more ambitious there is the project of putting up solar power systems to heat your home. My parents did this back in the 80s, even back then it went a long way toward reducing energy costs for home heating. The technology has only improved since then so it’s something to consider. Weigh the upfront costs against the long term savings and see if it’s something worth investing in. Large companies are getting on the green bandwagon and doing a lot with solar panels these days. You could be one of the many homeowners who are also evaluating this option.
